The Founder

Built by someone
living the system in real time.

Jenny Francois is the founder of Atelier Nine Four, a creative operations studio built on more than 20 years of executive administration, event production, and program operations experience at Fortune 500 scale. Her work has included senior executive support, national event leadership, and employee resource group leadership.

Jenny completed her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, summa cum laude, at the University of Maine at Presque Isle and earned Dean's List honors in both spring and summer 2026. She has been admitted to UMPI's Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership program, beginning August 31, 2026.

She is also the proof of concept behind the College Blueprint. Jenny used the same competency-based education strategy, transfer-credit platforms, course sequencing, and institution-selection process she now maps for clients. This is lived experience backed by the operational discipline to turn a complicated path into a clear, usable plan.

What is the difference between the three tiers?+
Tier 1 (Blueprint, $175) is for people who need direction — a roadmap and a clear next step. Tier 2 (Pro, $295) adds the interactive planning tools, a 30-day follow-up session, and 60 days of priority email support — for people ready to implement. Tier 3 (Complete, $495) adds a second strategy session, platform-by-platform enrollment guidance, financial aid sequencing, and 90 days of email support — for people actively enrolling who want someone in their corner through the transition.
Is the College Blueprint only for UMPI?+
No. The session covers five institutions — UMPI, TESU, WGU, Charter Oak, and Excelsior. Your recommendation is based entirely on your credit history, degree goal, timeline, and budget. Many clients end up at TESU, WGU, or Excelsior based on their situation.
Why only 30 minutes? Is that enough time?+
Yes — because you complete the intake form before the session. By the time we meet, your credit history and situation are already mapped. The session is a focused strategy conversation, not a discovery call. The written roadmap does the detailed work and arrives within 72 hours.
Can I get a plan without a Zoom call?+
Yes. Email jenny@atelierninefour.com with your target degree, any prior credits, your institution preference if you have one, and a brief description of your situation. Jenny will review it, confirm via email, and deliver a written roadmap within 72 hours of payment.

Sessions are non-refundable once booked but fully reschedulable up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. If something prevents you from attending and you contact Jenny in advance, a solution will be found.
