What This License Covers
This license applies to all digital products sold by Nine Four Digital™, a brand of Atelier Nine Four, owned by Jenny Francois, New Jersey, USA. This includes all resume templates, career tools, finance trackers, guides, checklists, and any other digital files purchased through Etsy, Gumroad, Payhip, or directly through atelierninefour.com.
By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the product.
What You May Do
- Use the product for your own personal, professional, or household purposes
- Edit, customize, and personalize the content to reflect your own experience and information
- Download and save the file to multiple personal devices (phone, tablet, laptop, desktop)
- Print a physical copy for personal reference use
- Share your Google Sheets budget tracker with a household partner via your own Google account
- Use resume and cover letter templates to apply for jobs on your own behalf
What You May Not Do
- Resell, redistribute, or transfer the file to any other person, free or for payment
- Upload to any public or shared file platform including Google Drive (public link), Dropbox (public link), Pinterest, or similar
- Share login credentials or download links with others
- Use the template to create products for resale — resume writing services, freelance template shops, or similar commercial use
- Modify and resell or redistribute as your own original product
- Claim the design, layout, structure, or written content as your own original creation
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notice, watermark, or attribution present in any product file
- Include in any AI training dataset, language model, or machine learning pipeline without written permission
- Use the Nine Four Digital™ or Atelier Nine Four name, logo, or brand identity without written permission
Commercial Licensing
The standard license included with every purchase is for personal use only. Commercial use — including use in a resume writing service, template resale shop, HR consulting practice, or any business where the template is used to serve paying clients — requires a separate commercial license.
To inquire about commercial licensing, contact jenny@atelierninefour.com with a description of your intended use. Commercial licenses are available for select products.
Refund Policy
All digital product sales are final once the file has been downloaded. Due to the nature of digital downloads, we cannot verify whether a file has been used after download and are unable to offer refunds as a matter of policy.
Exceptions: If you experience a technical issue — corrupted file, wrong file delivered, or download failure — contact jenny@atelierninefour.com within 48 hours of purchase. We will resolve the issue promptly, including replacement files or, at our discretion, a refund.
All product listings include detailed descriptions of file format, compatibility, and contents. Please review these before purchasing. If you have questions about compatibility with your software or device, contact us first — we're happy to answer.
Software Requirements
Resume & Cover Letter Templates (.docx): Require Microsoft Word (Office 365, 2016, or later) for full functionality. Google Docs versions are included but may render slightly differently. Mac Pages has limited compatibility. We do not guarantee formatting in Pages.
Budget & Finance Trackers (.xlsx): Require Microsoft Excel (Office 365, 2016, or later) or Google Sheets. All formulas are tested in both environments. Google Sheets versions are included.
PDF Files: Compatible with any PDF reader on any device. PDFs are not editable unless explicitly stated.
All products, designs, written content, templates, systems, and intellectual property sold under the Nine Four Digital™ brand are protected under the United States Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.). Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any product without written permission constitutes copyright infringement and may subject the infringer to civil liability including actual damages, statutory damages up to $150,000 per work for willful infringement, and attorneys' fees, as well as criminal prosecution under 17 U.S.C. § 506.
Nine Four Digital™ and Atelier Nine Four are trademarks of Jenny Francois (pending federal registration). Unauthorized use of these marks in connection with any product or service is prohibited under 15 U.S.C. § 1125.

Updates
These terms may be updated at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs your use of that product. Continued use of any product after notice of updated terms constitutes acceptance.
