Articles, case studies and other content on this site are general information about operations and leadership. They are not legal, financial, tax, HR or other professional advice, and reading them does not create a client relationship. Decisions about your organization remain yours.

Illustrative case studies

Cases marked "illustrative" are composites built to show method. They do not describe a real client and make no claims about results. Verified client work appears only with the client's written permission.

Engagements

Consulting services are provided only under a separate written scope and agreement signed by both parties. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls. A fit call, an inquiry or a message through this site is not a commitment by either side.

Your inquiries

Please don't send confidential, financial or employee information through the contact form or by unsolicited email. How sensitive information is shared and protected is agreed in writing before any engagement begins. See the Privacy notice for how inquiry information is handled.

Intellectual property

The site's text, design, graphics, frameworks and downloadable materials belong to Atelier Nine Four and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share links to the site and quote brief excerpts with attribution. Any other copying, republishing or commercial use requires written permission. Use of templates and other materials is covered by the License.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, scrape it in bulk, or use its content to train AI models without written permission.

Links to other sites

The site links to services such as LinkedIn. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
